People diagnosed with HIV are often shunned and discriminated against because of those who don't have a good understanding of what it is and believe that they can 'catch' the virus just
by being in close contact with the infected person when in fact, HIV cannot be passed through casual contact nor is it airborne at all.
By being informed on its myths and misconceptions, we can amp up the love for people living with HIV and AIDS - ensuring together that they live a fulfilling life in the long run.
