In this age, this time, this music scene, big labels represent the world of commercial music. Blogging, Youtube, Photobloggin' ... u name it... opens up a world of possibilities. Subjectivity seems to be sitting more and more comfortably even in the world of commerce.
Nothing is generic anymore. Not truly. Everybody is an icon. Everyone a representation of nobody and everybody. There's a stronger definition in differences, and hence identity, i guess. The similarity here we can all identify is, that we have a voice. That needs to be heard.
We like that. And we love Indie films and music.
